Why do when I think about machinima do I want to start out my posts with a *grin* …? Well, likely because the group I am playing with (trying to learn this with), the “Musies Machinimists” are such complete and total dorks. lololz! Last night we had our first practice session together and I swear every single one of them mentioned the fact they felt like they were going to throw up. Hmmm. That may not likely be a good sign if just practicing is giving them these, um, “complications.” I do have hope, though, as they were all game to schedule another session next Thursday.
/me wonders if any of them will show up?

We just went through all the Follow- and Special-Effects Cams to start. Plus just getting a feel for the function keys was cool, too. When I left, I felt like I had come a long way in my understanding on how the cam works. And, I had no stomach upset, a’tall. ;=)
I will make a cheat sheet to put on my work area and put the PDF up here when I get it done. It will be nice to have all the stuff on one page to source quickly. I also noticed a few things that I need to tell Codie about on a reversed function key (F11 and F12 are reversed). I am sure she will correct that in the next version. This is truly a wonderful and useful (and fun) tool, and really still yet, “a work in progress.”
